This policy explains what personal data Dravyam Trading collects when you use dravyam.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number and/or email address, used for OTP login and to manage your subscriptions.
- TradingView username: needed to grant indicator access to your TradingView account.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID, amount, status and product purchased. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
- Usage data: course progress, subscription dates and receipts shown in your Trader dashboard.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for login, cart and security.
Why we use it
- To create your account, log you in and give you access to the products you paid for.
- To process payments, issue receipts and handle refund requests under our Refund Policy.
- To send service messages such as OTPs, payment confirmations and expiry reminders.
- To send newsletters or offers, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, and only as needed:
- Razorpay, for payment processing.
- Hostinger, our website hosting provider.
- TradingView, when we grant indicator access to your username.
- Email and messaging services we use to send OTPs, receipts and newsletters (for example MailPoet and WhatsApp).
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, if required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and protect the site. If we add analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep account and subscription data while your account is active. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; some records may be kept where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or raise a grievance. Email us from your registered email or message us on WhatsApp, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use HTTPS, OTP-based login and two-factor authentication for admin accounts. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your login OTPs private.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
