These terms apply to your use of dravyam.co and any course, indicator or other product you buy from Dravyam Trading (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You log in with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile. Keep access to them secure. One account is for one person; sharing your account, login codes, videos or materials is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
2. Subscriptions and access
Each product is sold as a subscription for the period shown on its page (normally 30 days) at the price shown, which is the final amount you pay. Access starts after your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, Razorpay, and ends automatically on the expiry date shown in your dashboard. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you can renew at any time. Renewing before expiry adds the new period to your current expiry date.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices may change for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. Content and licence
All videos, presentations, documents and indicators are owned by Dravyam Trading and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription. You may not copy, record, download, resell, share or publish them. Videos may carry a watermark identifying your account.
5. Indicators
Indicator access on TradingView is arranged using the TradingView username in your profile. TradingView is a separate service with its own terms; we are not responsible for its availability.
6. No investment advice
Everything we provide is educational. It is not investment advice, a recommendation or a research report. Please read our Disclaimer.
7. Refunds

8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question during the subscription period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
